AP Students of Leesville:do not forget to sign up for your AP tests. Sign ups for AP testing began on February 29 and will continue until April 21. The fee for each test is $87, and payments are nonrefundable.
In the right hand corner of the main page of the Leesville Website, there is a link titled “AP Test Registration Link.” Clicking this link will bring users to the necessary web site.
After completing the program provided at the link, students must pay for their AP exam. They can do this online or manually through student services. After completing the payment, students must print out their confirmation pages and bring them to student services during pride period. Guidance will only accept these sheets during pride period.
AP exams are valuable tools, for they offer the opportunity to place out of college courses. A score of a three will place students out of courses at most schools, however, some schools require a higher score of 4 or 5.
Students who have questions about registration should contact Mrs Danette Kujat Swann at dswann@wcpss.net.
Despite the risk of receiving a low score, the benefits of successful AP testing are undeniable. Make sure to beat the deadline and sign up for your tests soon.
