NYC’s Star Rat
“Buddy the Rat” aka John Lyon is a performance artist in NYC. He created the character back in 2009 and first wore it out on a trip through Times Square — the video of him doing this has roughly 70,000 views. Just this year Buddy began gaining popularity on the social media platform Tik-Tok and now has more than 45.5 followers on his Instagram alone.
