Collin Sharp is a great role model for the underclassmen to look up to.
He takes on multiple leadership roles in clubs. Sharp is the president of Key Club, Co-President of Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), and the Vice-President of Science National Honor Society. Sharp is also a member of Math National Honor Society, National Honor Society, and National Technical Honor Society.
“Everyone works to make Leesville a better place and supports each other,” said Sharp via text. All of the clubs he’s in allows him to interact with old friends as well as meet new people within the Leesville community.
Aside from the classroom, Sharp is also the captain of Leesville’s men’s soccer team. Here, he displays leadership on the field by setting an example for his teammates on and off the field. Sharp has led the Pride to multiple winning seasons as well as a conference championship.
Even though Sharp is involved in multiple clubs, he finds time to enjoy his senior year. He thinks it’s important to have a healthy balance between the two. His favorite hobbies include lifting weights and hanging out with friends and family.
“For new freshmen, I would say that it’s important to work hard but don’t forget to have fun and enjoy the time you are here!” wrote Sharp.
