The Batman starring Robert Pattinson and Zoe Kravitz premiered in the United States on March 4, 2022.
The much-anticipated film portrays Bruce Wayne/Batman (Robert Pattinson) in a 2021 Gotham City fighting with James Gordon (Jeffrey Wright) and Selina Kyle/Catwoman (Zoe Kravitz) against the Riddler (Paul Dano) as he kills high profile Gothamites and seeks to plunge Gotham in anarchy.

Despite the natural grittiness of Gotham and all Batman movies, some moviegoers found humor in the little things of the film.
One thing everyone could agree on, in the end, is the chemistry between Kravitz and Pattinson.
In the end, The Batman earned the second-biggest debut of the pandemic, and the biggest box office opening in 2022, with an estimated earning of $128.5 million over the weekend in North America, and is possibly expecting a sequel in the coming years.
