All eyes are on social media personality Nikocado Avocado, who is known for filming mukbangs, where he eats large quantities of food on camera. A recent viral video he posted included him saying “I’m always two steps ahead.” These 5 words spoken on YouTube by Avocado have taken the world by storm. 

Nikocado Avocado posted a video on his secret YouTube account, and it revealed his massive weight loss–shocking his fans. He claims that he secretly lost over 250 pounds over the course of two years and now weighs 158 pounds. While this was happening, he was posting previously recorded videos, or drafts, to keep his transformation hidden. Many people don’t know whether to believe he actually lost weight or not.

Nikocado Avocado, to put it nicely, is known as a hot mess on social media for the past few years. In his videos, he often has emotional outbursts, meltdowns, and sometimes exhibits chaotic behavior. Leading a lot of people to have mixed opinions about him. 

“I do believe he’s capable of planning out such a big social experiment on the public. He was also recently seen doing the TikTok famous Apple dance, so I do think that he really did lose the weight,” said Lila Padden, junior.

One of the few videos Avocado has posted since the weight loss is a dancing video, to a recent trending TikTok dance to the song “Apple”, by Charli XCX. Some fans believe he did some of the dance moves specific to the Apple dance to show he’s telling the truth. This would prove that he indeed did lose the weight.

There are many content creators who have started to go viral and have been influenced by Avocados unhealthy binge-eating. A notable one being JellybeanSweets, who is constantly compared to Nikocado Avocado. Some of her fans are encouraging these videos while others are concerned for her health and that she will follow in Avocado’s footsteps after her obvious rapid weight gain.

Fans remain confused and unsure what to believe. Did Nikocado Avocado really manage to lose 250 pounds and hide it from all of his viewers for two years?
